Share

LANCASTER — St. Mary of the Assumption Parish is inviting everyone to its “Senior” Prom, on Sunday, March 30 from 2-4 p.m. in the parish center at 2 St. Mary’s Hill. This special event will bring together elderly singles for a delightful afternoon of dancing, mingling and light refreshments. Generations of families are also welcome to celebrate with their grandparents, elderly neighbors, and friends.

This year’s theme, “Around the World,” will highlight the many nationalities and traditions of Western New York. Guests should feel free to bring a favorite family recipe or finger food to share with the group.

The Lancaster High School students, the “Swinging Strings,” and a DJ will provide the dancing music for the afternoon. Grandparents are encouraged to bring their grandchildren, creating lasting memories and sharing the fun of the dance floor.

Please RSVP by calling the rectory at 716-683-6445 for an estimated headcount.
