Catholic Charities appoints two to leadership roles

Catholic Charities of Buffalo has named Justin Fax, practice director for behavioral health services, and Elizabeth Millen, manager of recruitment & engagement.

Fax will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s five behavioral health clinics in Erie and Niagara counties, as well as ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of behavioral health services, providing support to clinic staff, budget oversight, and monitoring clinic performance metrics, amongst other duties.

A graduate of SUNY Buffalo State University, Fax brings nearly 20 years of experience in leading client care services, management and overseeing operations with roles at People Inc., The Arc Erie County New York, and most recently as executive director of the Menorah Campus Adult Home Inc.

Millen will oversee and manage the agency’s personnel recruitment efforts, assist with employee onboarding, and take a lead role in employee engagement and retention.

A graduate of SUNY Buffalo State University, Millen brings nine years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, and recruitment across various industries. Most recently, she served as a human resources specialist with Independent Health.

Fax resides in Lancaster, and Millen resides in Lockport.
