Notre Dame Academy students attend teaching Mass at St. Martin’s

Rebecca Simons, religion teacher at Notre Dame Academy, took her students across the street to St. Martin of Tours Church, so Father Bill Quinlivan could explain the meaning of the liturgy through a teaching Mass.

Father Quinlivan, pastor of the Catholic Family of South Buffalo, took the kids through each element of the Mass, explaining attending Mass allows the faithful to pray, give thanks, and be forgiven of their sins.
