Share

TONAWANDA — St. Timothy Parish is hosting the Eucharistic Miracles Display in honor of the upcoming canonization of Blessed Carlo Acutis. The exhibit, created by the young Italian known as the first millennial saint, will be on display from Feb. 5-26, at St. Timothy Parish, 565 East Park Drive, Tonawanda.

An opening Mass will be held on Feb. 6, at 7 p.m. A relic will accompany the display for veneration. The display will be available before and after Mass until Feb. 25. At this time adoration events are also being planned.

Carlo Acutis (1991-2006) was an Italian-born computer programmer and Catholic who was beatified by Pope Francis in 2020. He is known as the patron saint of the Internet and the first millennial saint. He researched the approved eucharistic miracles and Marian apparitions and developed a website with his research. Immediately after his death, miracles were attributed to him. He is to be canonized on April 27. This remarkable exhibit demonstrates the true presence of our Lord in the Holy Eucharist as documented by these miracles throughout history and around the world.
