Bishop Fisher issues statement on New Orleans mass casualty tragedy

Unfortunately, we woke this morning to the news of an apparent terrorist act in New Orleans that saw 10 innocent people killed and more than 30 injured, including two police officers. We stand with the those impacted by this senseless tragedy who were taken from us while they celebrated the advent of a New Year early this morning. May the Lord comfort the families of the deceased, and provide solace to those injured in an act that truly defies comprehension.
