Principal from Nativity of Mary School attends ACE Principal Academy at Notre Dame

HARRIS HILL — After a long application and interview process, Nicole Richard, principal at Nativity of Mary School, was accepted into Notre Dame’s ACE Principal Academy. The program is a two-year fellowship program that includes a week on campus at Notre Dame followed by numerous immersion trips throughout the United States and weekly coaching sessions. The week on-campus took place from July 20-26, and included intensive professional development with enriching faith formation.”I bonded with inspirational Catholic school principals from all over the United States,” Richard said.

“I was proud to represent not only the Buffalo Diocese, but all of New York state. I feel blessed to have been given this transformational opportunity to grow as a leader and to collaborate with such inspirational professionals from across the country.”
