Protecting God’s Children workshops to be held

Parish and Catholic school employees and volunteers, over the age of 18, who work with children and young people in the Diocese of Buffalo, are required to attend a child sexual abuse awareness session.

The three-and-one-half hour workshops are scheduled at the following times and locations.

April 17: 12:30 p.m. Catholic Center, Buffalo

April 20: 9 a.m., St. Louis Parish, Buffalo

April 23: 12:30 p.m., Catholic Center, Buffalo

May 13: 6 p.m., St. Mark School, Buffalo

June 22: 9 a.m., Holy Trinity Parish, Medina

June 29: 9 a.m., St. John the Baptist School, Alden

July 6: 9:15 a.m., Camp Turner, Salamanca

Sept. 21: 9 a.m., Church of the Annunciation, Elma

To report sexual misconduct of a minor by a member of clergy (priest or deacon), an employee or volunteer of the Diocese of Buffalo, contact the civil authorities and the Diocese of Buffalo.
