Actor brings his one-man 'Maximilian' to the diocese

Bike ride seeks to raise funds for World Youth Day

On Sept. 22, instead of just pedaling to get your heart pumping, you can pedal for a purpose as well.  Christ Our Hope Parish in Sherman is holding its third CREEKSIDE RIDE: Pedal for Pilgrims. The bike ride will help raise funds to defray costs of World Youth Day 2013 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The staff of the Catholic Center gathered on Aug. 1 for an indoor picnic to honor Bishop Edward U. Kmiec who is retiring after eight years as shepherd of the Diocese of Buffalo.
