Our Lady of Victory continues $2 million capital campaign

The church that Venerable Nelson Baker built is currently in the midst of a $2 million capital campaign that will raise funds to pay for restorations and renovations throughout the Our Lady of Victory campus.

Catholic Charities closes Appeal Week with $8.5 million

Catholic Charities closed appeal week 2013 short of its goal, but confident in its staff, volunteers and the generous people of Western New York. On March 26, Bishop Richard J. Malone announced Catholic Charities had raised $8.584,590.57, or 80.2 percent of its $10.7 million goal. The campaign will continue until June 30. Funds raised for Appeal 2013 support Catholic Charities’ 70 programs and services offered across 61 sites throughout the eight-county region. read more...
